This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (H.R.3633) is passed by both chambers of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source is Congress.gov’s legislation tracker (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/3633) and other official information from the government of the United States, however other credible reporting may be used.

My estimated count: Republicans: 51-52 yes (Hawley no; Moran a coin flip leaning no-then-yes based on precedent) Democrats: 11 Democrats, including Ossoff is close to a lock if the GENIUS pattern holds; 7 Democrats is the genuine swing bloc — getting just 2-3 of these seven on the cloture vote specifically would be enough to clear 60 even without full Tier 1 turnout. There's is a media narrative that is trying to portray all democrats being against crypto while that is definitely not the case based on precedent (specifically passing of the GENIUS Act. Not to mention how many of the Democrats that are lobbied by Crypto companies and funded now ahead of their reelection. 15% is just good value.

Strongly believe the odds of cloture passing on Sept 15th is 50/50 even though JD Vance, Brian Armstrong, CFTC chairman and many more think it will pass. Not saying one is not to believe in them, more that the odds here are drastically misleading.

I believe BTC shorters have a lot of impact on BTC by lowering the Polymarket sentiment on the Clarity Act, essentially lowering the sentiment of a crypto bull run. It is quite cheap for traders with hundred of millions of shorts to risk a couple percent loss on 500k by shorting the Polymarket probability. Essentially leading to news outlets, X posts about how Clarity Act chances are dropping and that a bull run may not be imminent.
